Final Seminar for the Teacher Training Development Programme for Early Adopters

On January 27th, educators from Lövångerskolan, Mariehemskolan, and Norrhammarskolan gathered for the final seminar of the Teacher Training Development Programme for Early Adopters. Since September, participants have been exploring innovative approaches to fostering physical literacy and creating environments that promote meaningful movement experiences in schools.
During the seminar, the participating schools shared their experiences and key learnings from the programme. Educational leaders from Change the Game, RF-SISU, and the involved teachers highlighted successful strategies for integrating movement into school life.
Key Takeaways from the Programme:
- Empowering Educators – Teachers have strengthened their ability to facilitate positive movement experiences and inspire others in their schools and communities.
- School-Wide Implementation – Schools have tested new methods, including cross-disciplinary movement integration, schoolyard development, and inclusive activity models.
- Sustainable Impact – Participants have identified new movement opportunities that engage students, particularly those who are typically less active.
- Collaboration & Inspiration – Schools have exchanged ideas and insights, fostering a collective movement towards more active and health-conscious learning environments.
The programme has successfully demonstrated how structured support and knowledge-sharing can help schools embed physical literacy into their daily practices.
A big thank you to all the participants, facilitators, and partners who contributed to this inspiring journey. Let’s keep moving forward—together!
