A visit to the OAC booth at the Outdoor Sport Festival is definitely worth it. Our experts on site will be available to answer questions about health and a healthy lifestyle. Thanks to the support of the Prevention Centre Department of Sport and Health Sciences Technical University of Munich (TUM), you can do special health tests to see what is your current fitness situation. And based on the 4 key pillars of a healthy lifestyle, the base the 4 projects within Rock Your Health (RYHEALTH), you'll get tips that are easy to implement on how you can improve your health every day in the fields of (1) Physical Activity and Outdoor Sports; (2) Balanced Nutrition; (3) Sustainability & Nature; (4) Physical & Mental Well-Being.

OAC will be showcasing the purpose and key messages of RYHEALTH and provide visitors with the opportunity to test their hand and jump strength. Our team of experts will be readily available to address any inquiries and offer insights.

We are especially looking forward to see Joshua Thaller and Devin Bayer on the stage. The two sports scientists are responsible for health consulting and science at OAC.
