THE ACTIVITY PROJECT

THE ACTIVITY PROJECT
Physical activity is a game-changer for kids' cognitive and academic performance! Studies have shown that when combined with cognitive training and social interactions, like team games and coordination activities, it has the strongest impact on cognitive abilities, especially executive functions.

But it's not just about the brain gains. Exercise also plays a significant role in promoting mental well-being, even for young individuals who generally have good mental health. Research has found that team sports, without any emphasis on appearance, have the greatest positive effect on young people's mental health.

Let's give our children the support they need to embrace physical activity and incorporate more movement into their daily lives!
